Show information for exhibitors:
The regulations set out below are intended to protect the health of animals at shows. To minimise the risk of exposure to disease, exhibitors should move animals directly from farm to show site. Ensure that the documentation which should accompany the animal is in order before the date of the show and contact the local D.V. office, T.B. and Brucellosis. All animals must come from herds that are in test as laid down by the Dept. Brucellosis 30 days: T.B. 12 month. It is advisable that exhibitors have their own insurance.

Prize Money: 1st Prize €50, 2nd Prize €25, 3rd Prize €15. Entre Fee: €7.

The competition is confined to Animals weighing not less than 600 Kgs on the day of Strokestown Show
All Heifers will be weighed Prior to Judging of Final
One heifer may qualify from each selected show; if the standard is insufficient no heifer may be chosen.
All animals must be led by a competent adult.
Entry Fee: To Qualifying Show: €7. To Final: €12.
PRIZES: 1st €800; 2nd €400; 3rd €250; 4th €125; 5th to end of line €50.
FINAL STROKESTOWN SHOW – SATURDAY 11th SEPTEMBER 2010
