The Claremorris Show is a unique and iconic event showcasing the best of farming, food and rural life. From premier livestock, competitions, demonstrations and displays to music, dancing, entertainment and shopping, it is the place you can meet, touch, smell and taste the best of Irish produce.

Free Shuttle bus from town centre and railway car park
Gates open 7.30 am
Judging of Horses, Ponies, Cattle and Sheep commences 11.00 am
Judging of Vegetables, Flowers, Cookery, Art and Youth Section commences 1.00 pm
Art Classes judging takes place at 1.30 pm
Dog Show starts at 1.00 pm
Official opening of Show at 1 pm by Minister Heather Humphreys
Fashion Show with Mandy Maher at 12.30 pm, 2.00 pm and 3.30 pm
Turley Duggan School of Irish Dancing at 1.30 pm
Demonstration by the Strawboys at 3 pm
David Connor 3 – 5 pm
Jiving and waltzing competition at 4.00 pm
Children: Free Admission, Free Pony Rides and Donkey Cart rides
Circus 250 – not to be missed
Science on Stilts at 1.00 pm, 3.00 pm and 4.00 pm – a walkabout interactive act.
Look out for the amazing Flea Circus in a suitcase. Be amazed at Irelands Smallest Circus Performers. Dr. Jay shows you how he trains his fleas to do astonishing acts. Demonstrations throughout the day
Learn how to spin plates and take part in amazing juggling acts with Fruity & Dishy in Circus arena from 12.00 noon.
Pat’s Country Road Show 12.30 – 3.00 pm
Cooking demonstrations by TV3 Chef Adrian coinciding with the All-Ireland Junior Home Cook Competition at 12.30 pm, 1.45 pm and 3 pm.
Announcement of All-Ireland Winner at 4 pm.
